Better access to launch and LEO logistics over this decade will spur more space startups capable of attempting commercial deep space missions. So I think it's too early to guess who might be the first to successfully mine an asteroid.

Just pre-ordered. DeltaV changed the direction I've chosen to take my science career. I now work on lunar insitu resource utilization for NASA to no small degree because of your book.
