today threw some pork and leaves in a pan poured some totally arbitrary amounts of shaoxing wine soy sauce sesame oil in the pan and called it a day

not a chinese dish unless you throw in wildly varying eyeballed amounts of soy sauce/oyster sauce/sesame oil and still have it turn out great
