imo taking the former seriously and punishing the latter would just undermine the former long-term but i don’t think anyone wants to “punish” the latter anyway, it’s just really easy to let (perhaps justified) political anger take over when we see it
oh absolutely they both have to be treated systemically not sure how this jives with standard technolibertarianism but that just goes back to my other reply
