can't wait for this fall when we get to do the representation meritocracy debate all over again but for university admissions

every pre-med forum ever is just: does affirmative action discriminate against white and Asian-American students? is it REALLY fair that a black kid can get in with just a 3.5? that, on a loop, forever
the only really valid aa critique is that it overindexes on race vs income but when rich bay area east asian kids get mad their 3.5 wasn't enough it's like. sorry you couldn't simply be smarter with the resources you got!

yeah that's fair. one of the high schools I attended cost like $24k/year. and people were bitching they only got into Vanderbilt or w/e dude, classes were 8 people. this one was on you

my high school cost $40k/year lol the most insane thing was watching parents get mad that tuition didn't automatically get their kid into harvard like sir..........i have been in classes with your child and i regret to inform you he does not know how to read
