yeah i agree per capita is more useful always but also, 3x difference in cases per capita is pretty drastic to me??

not disputing that at all! but tech workers also only make up 10% of bay area jobs and by a variety of measures bay area govt policy on coronavirus has been much, much better than in socal

could it be bc we have less counties, more people for sure, but less area to cover + less individual counties/cities to manage as opposed to socal? or are we just better tbh
