I always do it in the pan ... too much work otherwise

Same, I only scramble outside the pan if I’m adding milk/water. Otherwise a quick and dirty pan scramble is faster and less dishes

Just learned that it’s called “pre-scrambling.” Makes sense. It’s the scramble that comes before scrambling. Also, scrambling is a HILARIOUS words. Sounds like it shouldn’t be real.
