like racism in medicine is well documented in a variety of ways but to not address the effects of skin color.......in the skin unit.......

some programs have made progress on this to various degrees, but until very, very recently this was basically universally true you will be *stunned* to learn that mortality outcomes are worse for nonwhites than whites for the same skin conditions

Even "reference" DNA that we compare genomic sequences is mostly white. This affects pretty much all determinations of pathogenicity of genes. Very few bother to address this.
