i like how my instagram is still all white & asian ppl posting justice hashtags and navel gazing and telling each other to be less racist meanwhile twitter looks like a war zone

it’s a function of the userbase but the userbase also behaves the way the platform lets it and instagram is famously not optimized for sharing. even the stories share feature by not including likes/share counts strip posts of their momentum
