This is easy. Create a secondaries market with a standardized loan agreement for future equity or preferred shares. This will let VCs loan out equity to people who hate them and their investments in exchange for interest.

Alternatively you might be able to let people sell equity without having ownership or SAFEs. They could sell it to the VCs they hate, then when it comes time to fill the order, the seller has to buy equity at the new elevated price from the VC, and give it back to the VC.
