the only really interesting remote work discussion is how will organizations navigate the balance of using remote to give optionality & flexibility & access vs using it to offload costs onto workers

You didn’t mention how remote will mean more outsourcing. Why should a remote worker be in the US than Mexico, Brazil or Chile ? Same time zone way lower costs. Once this is realized people will stop loving remote work
