There are leadership training programs out there that talk about “strategic empathy” and the content might be great, I don’t know, but the title creeps me out
yeah idk i find that depending on the person and the program a lot of the ppl who do "leadership programs" etc are actually some of the most sociopathic when it comes to this stuff
Oh my god yes. (Full disclosure: we run those programs. And try not to be sociopaths. But the damage and the toxic shit we see is pretty rough)
