there should be an explicit section in the hostile workplace environment handbook or whatever for those guys who go around inserting themselves into everyone's conversations being pushy & asking vaguely offensive questions in the name of "developing empathy"

There are leadership training programs out there that talk about “strategic empathy” and the content might be great, I don’t know, but the title creeps me out

yeah idk i find that depending on the person and the program a lot of the ppl who do "leadership programs" etc are actually some of the most sociopathic when it comes to this stuff
