every time i see someone ask about "any learnings from this experience" or "any insights to share" my entire frontal lobe convulses and the whole world turns to static for three to four seconds

"learnings" especially is really challenging my commitment to linguistic descriptivism like you want some "learnings" how about you learn some real words

i've thought abt this and i think i'm much more amenable to verbing nouns than to nouning verbs. nouning adjectives is ok too and tbh i don't think i'd even hate "learnings" as much if it wasn't so strongly associated with a certain type of person
