I don't have a yard and I'm not on the ground floor but there's a couple cats that visit the parking lot. I can see them from my window and we look at eachother and say hello. they seem oddly social too
i think my days would be significantly improved if one of my neighbors had a cat, or if a stray cat appeared in the neighborhood and decided it liked to hang out around my yard
