tbh a lot of them do because having an American university on their transcript gives them tech cred for some reason. Had some interesting conversations about differences in education, too; apparently US education teaches better communication skills.
if you watch the video he’s specifically talking abt graduate & postgraduate students doing research. they don’t give a shit abt transcripts lol
