I like the app and hope it does really well but it says something about the way the tech industry still works that the women in that screenshot represent a good chunk of (most of?) the women on that app at all.
there's a lot to unpack there lol just like........so many things implicit in the screenshot, the framing of the screenshot, the posting of the screenshot
