a dumb surgery thing is when the scar heals it’s just a tissue lump that doesn’t follow the natural layering or directionality of the rest of ur skin which means i now have this patch of skin where all the layers are stuck and i can feel it pulling when i bend my leg lmao
at pt they have a cool ultrasound thing that helps fix it but in lieu of that ur just supposed to massage it & pull on it a lot lol just every day out here rubbing my knee in circles trying to unstick my skin from my skin
i remember a friend had a home version of the ultrasound therapy kit and let me borrow it when i tore my hamstring maybe that might help you while we're all stuck in quarantine? i hope you recover well soon!
