ok wait i already knew the amazon site was awful but there's no way to add a picture to my review even though picture reviews exist? it takes several business days to approve a review? messages from sellers require 4 menu clicks to get to? what IS this place i'm lost & scared

In my experience, they censor reviews like that (can't review the seller, only the product). Email jeff@amazon.com and you'll get satisfaction. That's how I got my free Roomba from a scam "refurbished" dealer. :)
