ok wait i already knew the amazon site was awful but there's no way to add a picture to my review even though picture reviews exist? it takes several business days to approve a review? messages from sellers require 4 menu clicks to get to? what IS this place i'm lost & scared

oh my god lmao every time the seller messages me it's a brand new html formatted email page embedded in a 2 inch high non expandable window and there's no reply button as far as i can tell the only way to reply is to open another return requestpic.twitter.com/R6IbjOrQTY
