Tbh avoiding breakfasts foods is half the reason I get up so late
firm belief that the first food you eat in a day has to be a breakfast food if you eat for the first time at 1pm and really want lunch that's too bad gotta back to back it with a breakfast first

"breakfast food" is loosely defined lots of ppl don't eat like, waffles for breakfast but i firmly believe it's gotta be a food you'd always be down to eat at 9am
