i wanna be able to run & climb & lift things when i have to or want to but it takes so much time & effort in the stupid sad gym to maintain that ability

Hahaa I was thinking about this the other day. I can do about three months of heavy training and then I go right back to square1. So annoying!

There might be other ways of attaining/maintaining physical fitness that are more enjoyable for you. Took me years to figure out what actually worked for, as a repeatable task
