      Amusingly this is actually a problem with the ML model (Probably? Not totally what percentage of under-paid human annotators would classify image 1 as not a gun.)

      Ya I think the first one gets classified as a gun because it looks like a gun and the guy is holding it like a gun. The second one does not look like a gun and is not being held like a gun so it doesn’t get classified as a gun.

This one has been (inexpertly) edited to lighten and recolour the person's skin to be a more pale complexion, and some of the shading has been washed out. Most people would probably guess the person is white. Google's results say that it is 72% hand, 55% tool (not gun at all).
