i love going to physical therapy i do like 10 minutes of pilates exercises and in exchange i get gently buzzed with a lil electric current and someone ultrasound massages my leg. the gel is cool & feels nice

I got a bunch of those suction cups on my leg last time I did PT and I still don't know if they're real medicine or not, but they left cool dots for like a week

same. a lil bit of stretching, a short massage, but then I get needles stuck in my sensitive parts (lower back) and wiggled around which feels awful and hurts I still love it I guess
