i’ve discovered this happens whenever I skip the gym for one too many days. love to then just roam around the house like a zombie for a couple hours

yeah i really need to be exhausted to sleep lol the gym helps but i’m usually not there long enough for it to be a guarantee. office workdays are usually sufficient but now that i’m wfh it’s not gonna be good

I'm used to waking up when it's dark. Fell asleep at 6pm watching Netflix and woke up at 10:30pm thinking it was 5:30am. Got to my desk, checked the time and tripped the f*** out

Night before last (cause it's morning in Europe now) was 11:30pm-12:30am, break until 3am, then slept til 7am. Yesterday was not a good day.
