Shoot, sometimes reminds me of diversity initiatives at tech companies. Boosting each other as other underrepresented groups fall apart. x_x
oh there was absolutely a whole thing about “isn’t it great all our top positions are women this year” meanwhile i don’t think i remember ever having a single black editor on staff
