been reading a lot of both formal & informal eng writing recently and noticing that lots of engineers are allergic to commas and oddly unable to distinguish between when to use "which" and when to use "that"

there is literally no stripe employee who can use its/it's correctly and it drives me up the wall
like idgaf what u write in slack or whatever i drop apostrophes all the time but man if it’s a project brief......pls get that shit right
