bash aliasing "python" to a very specific version of python 3 installed inside a py2 venv inside a conda env and using that to run everything

"python installations & environments are irreparably broken" is a state of nature. Python code decays neutrons over a short half life. Working Python code spontaneously breaks after about 6 months. Docker can limit the spread of contamination, but nothing ameliorates the decay
