My favorite part is most of them are neglecting to mention their bonus and equity. Which is pretty vital and important to those that are junior who actually want to use this for a pulse on market average total comp. why even tweet at all if you don’t include that
i’ve seen a couple coworkers be like “my equity is just paper money” as if we don’t work at the most valuable venture funded company in the country with a pretty clear path to liquidity lmao

To be fair this is what people at Uber thought too before their equity value was cut in half on public markets

get what ur saying and obviously it’s always possible we tank but rideshare and payments are not at all and have never been comparable sectors or business models or competitive landscapes
