Before I had knee surgery they wrote all over my good knee in red essentially saying "WRONG KNEE! DO STUFF TO THE OTHER ONE!" I was a little shocked at first, but then thought "hey, whatever gets the job done."

i was told when i broke my arm that the anesthesiologist signed so whoever puts the cast on would know which arm to cast.... she signed the wrong one at first & had to come back & fix it
