literally told me this kind of injury usually happens in children whose bones are still developing. i am a confirmed huge baby

it happens in ppl with lower bone density so watch out for developing osteoporosis

a friend of mine got an avulsion fracture falling from like 15 feet onto soft padding - but that was in his ankle... kinda blown away at you doing it to your knee
