He is. He got an economics degree, went to john Hopkins, scored in the top percentile at 12 on the SAT, scored 178/180 on his LSAT, got 780/800 GMAT. He is smart. But stil says these tests are a poor measurement of someone's abilities, we should de-emphasize their importance.
