if you have the money to buy practice books you shouldn’t need prep courses. at some point material > instruction; the only thing courses do is force you to study & not be on your phone. glorified babysitting
(im saying this as someone who works in college counseling and primarily w low-income or pro-bono clients. never have i ever met anyone who wouldn’t qual for a need-based full ride to whom i’d recommend prep courses.)
