nope but i don’t think it’s delayed & regular so much as just >24h like in school when i went home for break and had no schedule i’d just sleep progressively later and later every day until by the end of it i was going to bed at 7am lmao

I feel you. There seem to be a few hours missing in the day. I'd love to do an experiment where I go to sleep progressively later every day until it eventually wraps around. Wonder how long this 'natural' cycle would be and how many days I'd loose per year.
