crazy that in new york they get everyone to act out the whole ball drop thing 3 hours in advance just so they can air it on the west coast when new years actually happens, thanks all for your hard work

most ppl don’t know this but the new year doesn’t technically start until it hits midnight pacific. sorry to all my friends in asia, europe etc who will be living for hours in a limbo zone outside the fabric of spacetime i don’t make the rules
