fun period earlier this year when i was bored & depressed and ended up only sleeping like 4 hours a night for almost a month for absolutely no reason

probably totally normal that if i have too much free time and nothing to do my brain decides it’s a great idea to stay up until 4-5am and then wake up at 10 like nothing happened

Buy a textbook or two covering subjects you’re utterly uninterested in (old, obscure niches of art history for me, for example) and at the time you think you’re “supposed” to go to bed get reading. You’ll be unconscious in minutes
