this menu is the only way you can cancel your order or change your address so even if the restaurant hasn’t even accepted the order yet you have to go thru this dumb menu and talk to chat support

I'm convinced that people who design these delivery apps have never had to use a delivery app before because their office serves all their meals. Once ordered something on postmates from a restaurant that wasn't going to be open for four days because "open now" was too hard.

caviar is especially inventive in ways to be awful like they don't even give you a way to contact the courier. if you live in anything more complicated than a house they can walk up to you're fucked
