does anyone know of a single company or organization with a documentation/internal knowledge organization system that isn't a dumpster fire

we recently moved all of our collaborative product planning and documentation for a very large company project into Notion and it’s been great so far
i liked notion a lot when i first tried it but i've been using it for sporadic access long term notes and every time it has to fetch from server and it takes like 3 seconds to load and offline access is still bad

hmm haven’t had troubles with search and we’ve got a ton of stuff in it but I’ve only been using it about 6 months. totally agree on offline access
