I legit had the founder of a "women in tech" recruitment start up email me...because she was having trouble getting ahold of one of my male colleagues who she wanted to recruit. Me and male coworker were in the exact same position at the exact same level.
kind of rude when a shitty startup emails all ur friends to try to recruit them but not u........i would never work for u but i wanted to be invited
