by far the highlight of the away article is that the company's head of people, who as far as i can tell from google images looks exactly like any other white woman, "identifies as a person of color"

and so someone who is white-passing using "person of color" instead of say, talking abt their mother who looks black or abt their native heritage or something, comes across as trying to coopt the dynamics of privilege not arguing w/you just figuring out my own thoughts here
