the inverse of this applies in the summer if your AC is below 70 you’re just as crazy and the correct setting to be comfortable in t-shirt and shorts is min 75

ppl who set their thermostats to 70 or above in the winter are insane. 70 is t-shirt weather the correct setting to wear a sweater like a normal person is max 65

I think it has something to do with humidity. Even at the same temperature, people tend to feel hotter in summer than in winter because of higher himinidy.

Thermostats should display what it feels like instead of just the actual temperature reading! Someone who designs thermostats please take this idea

where tf else would i wear a sweater lmao why is it normal to have to strip off and put back on multiple layers every time i enter or exit the house u do get an exception for small babies/old ppl tho
