dumb that when the bank changes your credit card number it’s you who has to go through and manually change every saved card on every service or subscription you’ve ever used

i suppose avoiding this was the point of like, apple pay but in a good world the bank would do it for you

There's like services subscription owners can call for this, but it's a weird and system and not everyone uses it

And some (but not all) payments providers offer this service to merchants, adding to the "will this work or won't it?" roulette
