this works at literally any tech company it’s like a magic spell to summon dipshits. u can literally send this to private slackbot and slackbot will add a guy to ur dm ready to say “but have u seen our guidelines on gender neutral pronouns”

My company said they were "optimistic about improvements in diversity" also in the same email said they had a goal to have 0.3% more engineers of color
over the next fiscal

Yah......... I just usually just reply with “sorry, I don’t subscribe to your religion”....
If companies really cared, they'd pay women and URM more than engineers from majority demographics. Anything less is performative.
