should be a tech company rule that multiple guys with the same name aren’t allowed to be on the same team
i think there’s more name diversity in female names in general but i will gladly accept that rule

Too many Jennifers will be a problem we’d be lucky to have.

We've had that exact problem in our tech department. Luckily they each had their own preferred diminutive form, so we went with Jen, Jenny and Jennifer to distinguish. But it is possible to have a tech team with enough gender diversity that this happens!
