kinda strange to see such a sudden spike in discussion re: lack of racial diversity in “women in tech” programs bc of ghc this year when it’s been such an obvious blind spot ever since diversity was even a topic

distinctly remember being in school and seeing pics from friends who interned via freshman diversity programs like fbu or google ep or microsoft explore and every time it’s a group of black/latinx guys and white/asian girls
