love the trend in fine dining of ppl obsessing over seaweed as a “bold & unexpected flavor” they now have to throw in everything as if i didn’t grow up w dried nori and kombu soup like every other week

uh the point of this tweet is that seaweed is both delicious and utterly mundane to me as an ingredient sooo sounds like his problem for not ever trying
