Reminding tech guys what the gender ratio is in humanities classes, and then you don't have to worry about finding other reasons to compel them. I took a French class in college pour chercher les femmes :)

The lack of humanities classes in my undergrad education is entirely to blame for my uncouth tactlessness and lack of seriousness. It's probably too late for me now, but perhaps the younger generation may still be salvaged.
