maybe the nyt headline wouldn’t have been so bad if they hadn’t killed their entire full time copy desk or something a couple years ago

used to skim thru most of that paper almost every day and eventually stopped after reading too many pieces with giant bold blocks marked “DELETE THIS” still in the text

yeah also just like an obscene number of typos and other copy errors that stay up in the online editions for days before getting fixed if at all
