They're right to call you a 6. 6 is the first perfect number. It's the first non trivial triangle number. It's unique in many ways, e.g. it's the only number that's the sum and product of three consecutive numbers. I'd say they got it right you're 6.

If 5 is avg I'd just take it as a bell curve distro rather than straight linear so a 6 is one standard above average, which is actually pretty damn good imo
