the real sexism in tech is companies whose casual dress codes mean it’s socially acceptable for men to wear shorts on hot days like these but i have to either wear a dress or cover up my legs and slowly roast to death

my high school had a “4 inches above the knee” rule for shorts which meant all guys were totally fine but i had to suffer the eternal shame of wearing bermudas at the age of 15
