Ppl should actually embrace design thinking MORE...sure its processes can be overkill but it's the way of *thinking* that is not obvious to most & in a sense, magical. The biggest problem with it is getting buy-in from ppl, bc it's best done with an obnoxiously positive mindset
idk i think it kinda says something about people here that basic consideration for their users isn’t an obvious way of thinking to them
